REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

All sales are final, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Exchanges will be allowed granted that the item you are replacing your order with an item that is still available. All additional shipping fees for these exchanges will be covered by the customer. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days (except for pre-order items).

For orders within the US, you will receive your items anywhere from 5-10 days from the date that it is shipped out, not when the order is confirmed.

For orders outside the US, we can not guarantee arrival dates due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disasters, delays in customs clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end.

In addition, international orders may incur these additional import fees and these fees are determined by each country. The customer is solely responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance in order to receive the package. We must declare all items at their full price and we will not modify any prices. Please contact your local customs office for specific duty rates and taxes.

If the package is refused and is returned to the sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any customs fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Creature World, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be care of by the customer. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, Creature World is not responsible for additional fees incurred for the return. Similarly, Creature World is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping of orders to the customer in cases of failed deliveries due to the reason stated above. In these cases, the customer is solely responsible for all the additional shipping fees associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

Creature World is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, train derailments, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Creature World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Creature World will need to contact the fulfillment center to open an investigation.
